"We hadden hier geboekt voor 2 nachten, na aankomst op JFK airport. Het adres klopte niet, niemand in de buurt had van dit hotel gehoord en toen we probeerden te bellen nam er niemand op. Toen we uiteindelijk na een uur iemand spraken werd ons gezegd dat er geen boeking was(ik had de bevestiging bij me) en werd de telefoon opgehangen. 22.00 in de avond met een gezin met baby, en geen overnachting na een lange vliegreis en autorit, en voor het eerst in de VS.. Echt vreselijk dit allemaal!"

"Don‘t book. It‘s not a hotel. If it exists at all, it’s a private accomodation in a private residential. We went there for check-in exactly at the right time given from the hotel and couldn‘t find it under the address. No sign, no bell, nobody picked up the phone for 30 min. We called Expedia. They couldn‘t reach the reception neither. Telephone number was in a different area code. Google showed another address under the name and it was the same problem. The neighborhood didn‘t look save.
