"Could not have been happier with our stay. The owner Rocco and team provided excellent customer service. The rooms clean and comfortable. Variety of food at dinner was very good. Convenient location to sightseeing. It is a quaint hotel so if you want fancy go somewhere else but if you want a wonderful Italian local feel this is the best place."

"We were so pleasantly surprised by this wonderful little hotel! It was beautifully situated by Lake Como, within easy walking distance to the lake. It had a great little kitchen and was steps from a small grocery store that sold delicious food which we prepared and ate on our patio while the church bells chimed. "The residence was good, our room was on the corner so we had a view of the lake which was amazing. The room only had a sofa bed though for both of us but the website does warn about this. The only real disappointment was the website offers a swimming pool with bar and restaurant facilities but it doesn’t open until July which the website does not warn about.
