"We arrived on a Thursday night. The check-in experience was good. Fast, friendly and concise welcome from the reception staff. We were also given a voucher each for a free welcome drink from the bar. The room was really nice, clean, modern and also very spacious. We noticed 1 fault which was the air conditioning. It was extremely warm and would not blow cold. The reception tried to fix it but the temperature kept rising to 25.5 C degrees. As a workaround, the reception gave us a fan for the room and advised us to turn off the air conditioning completely. Colico itself although extremely beautiful and picturesque, seems like a fairly sleepy little town but we visited over a very rainy Easter weekend so we expect that the footfall in the area increases drastically in the summer. We will definitely visit again and stay at Seven Park Hotel as the location is excellent and the train station is also just 3-4 minutes walk away. "

"Amazing place. Beautiful House!!! A hidden gem. Lots of traditional decor inside. Interior is like a museum. Danile is a great host He goes out of the way to make guests feel welcome and gives you a lot of tips on ferry services, boat tours and hiking. Amazing place to stay if you're coming to Lake Como . Property is next to the Lierna Train station and has an amazing views of Lake Como and the Mountains "

"The hotel location is very convenient. From Varenna train station, it’s about 1 block. Across the street from the Ferry Terminal and the city center is about 5 minute walk from the Ferry terminal. The hotel is not fancy but very comfortable and super clean. The included breakfast was very good. The breakfast and checkin was at the sister hotel about 5 minute walk. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. Our room even had a partial lake view. "
