"This azure was a noce place to stay, the building smelled nice all around, however staff was not the friendliest and breakfast only consosted of pastries and cereal. "

"I stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton for just a few hours, checking in around midnight for a meeting the following morning. Despite the short stay, everything about the experience was exceptional — from the cleanliness of the room to the professionalism of the front desk staff. The property felt secure, well-kept, and welcoming even at such a late hour. The only reason I’m leaving a 4-star review instead of 5 is due to the room assignment. My company had booked a King-size room, but upon check-in, I requested a handicap-accessible room due to a foot injury sustained while traveling. The staff kindly accommodated my request which I appreciated but I was placed in a room with two full-size beds instead of the King I had originally reserved. While I understand the limitations of room availability, I would’ve appreciated being informed at the desk: something like, “We do have an accessible room, but it’s not available in a King bed would that be acceptable?” That transparency would’ve allowed me to make the choice myself instead of walking into the room and being surprised. Still, the overall service and quality of the hotel were top-tier, and I’d absolutely stay here again — just with clearer communication next time"

"I bought a frozen pizza from the market. The microwave was not working in the room. So I took the pizza back to front desk and she told me she did not have the authority to credit the pizza to my account because it was open. After discussion we headed the pizza in the employees lounge. Then it was over cooked. I thought the front desk should have been able to credit my account. Also the bed was poorly made up when house keeping made up the room."
