"This is a totally adequate hotel for a one or two night stay. The hallways smell like they’re trying to cover former smoke smell, but the rooms don’t smell. The rooms are surprisingly quiet even though the hotel is right next to the freeway. You will still hear some loud motorcycles or trailer trucks so if you’re super sensitive to sound, get a room away from the freeway. Overall, Hotel Xola offers a good value. "

"Room was very nice but telephone in room did not work but not a problem since I had a cell phone. When I couldn’t figure out how to work the TV, someone arrived within a few minutes and fixed the problem. The free breakfast was excellent with homemade waffles, eggs, sausages, yogurt, cereal, coffee etc."
