"The staff was pleasant and friendly. One person behind the counter she was absolutely the best. Our room was ok and the area was ok. I’m going to complain a little about some bugs we had in the room and the very poor water pressure. Other than that it was a great place to rest our tired heads. BTW There was a faint smell of MJ in the restroom and a burn on the toilet lid that looks like they had been smoking something in there. I asked for a non smoking room."

"Studio 6 is part of Motel 6 that was right next to it. I heard another guest complain that their room was very dirty and smelled. Our room was OK. It had a small kitchenette, and the beds were clean. The biggest downside was that it's right next to the highway, and there is a lot of road noise from the cars passing by. "

"I would give the 5 stars only downfall a/c in room 221 not so great. However great location for highway access and food also you can walk right to walmart. Breakfast is included and its good. "

"The Peahen House is a beautiful property in a nice neighborhood. Having real peacocks in the neighborhood was pretty cool. We had easy access to several major highways that made it easy to get around San Antonio. Our host was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend the Peahen House."

"First they could not find my reservation 2nd they charge $250 deposit and only refund $230.. 3rd they also change $75 per fee 4th the hallways smell a lot like cigarettes. 5th there was dog pee all over 6th there was crumbs all over the stained couch. 7th the table was sticky and also had crumbs. 8th the toilet clogged with only toilet paper. 9th front desk doesn’t answer the phone. 10th everything is outdated! "
