The listing touted the private waterfront dock with powerful spotlight attracting hundreds of fish & some reviews confirmed this but upon arrival we found the supposed powerful spotlight to be a rusted out, inoperable piece of junk. There was a feeble attempt to add a tiny underwater green spectrum light that only attracted minnows. This is an absolutely fantastic place to stay for a group or family at an attractive price compared to others...
