"This place was a great little get away, don’t let the outside photos deter you from booking the place, the cottage is very spacious and the kitchen has everything you need to cook for your family, it’s in a quiet neighborhood and close to the beach and shops, Chris was also very helpful, we really enjoyed our stay and we’re looking forward to going back"

"The property not been cleaned. The sheets were dirty, floor unswept, sand in the shower and no toilet paper. We only stayed that night because it was so late when we arrived. We didn’t stay a second night as planned. It was extremely disappointing."

"Overall, met our needs. Went for fishing and had a place to sleep and shower. Only real negative were the mosquitos. They were inside and outside. Big ones too. Saw one fighting a seagull."

"I booked this place super last minute for the 4th of July weekend. It’s a great location right in between Rockport and Aransas Pass, takes 10 min to get to either. Cutest little cul-de-sac with 6 total cottages on the property. Love that it was pet friendly. Might just be the time of year but mosquitoes were eating us up like a buffet when in the grass area. The people are always cordial. This cabin is cozy and accommodating to our special needs.
