"We had a fantastic time, would highly recommended. Excellent place for the price you pay. The pool needs work as its wear n tear is getting pretty rough. But, the entertainment staff are absolutely spectacular, the bathrooms are always kept very clean. The buffet, steak house and japanese foods are spectacular. We had so much fun, due to the time if year we went (end if March beginning of April) its their rainy season, but it rains for aboutb10mins then its done. So was no big issue at all....

"Food was great, staff was kind and rooms were clean. Had some free activities like wind surfing and kayaking! Beaches were well maintained and beautiful. Our toilet wouldn’t flush and there was poor water pressure. The room style is also very outdated, some drawers wouldn’t open or their handles would break. You will need to rent an adapter for your charger for 3USD (refundable deposit) since three prong chargers don’t fit in rooms."

"This resort if very well maintained. The staff were very welcoming and courteous. The food and variety was good. I didn't get to experience any of the restaurants (they filled up quickly) but the buffet was adequate with plenty of options and the coffee shop was excellent. The toaster and the panini maker were broken. They should have backups in place. The food options by the beach was adequate. One day they had a BBQ and it was delicious. Drinks were adequate.
