"Perfect hotel for my stay before my flight. Walkable distance from Earl’s Court tube station, lots of food and drink establishments in the neighbourhood. Hotel was clean, cosy, staff professional, friendly and helpful. Room was big, guessing two people would struggle, but for a solo traveler it was absolutely perfect."

"Hotel is a pretty quick walk from a tube station- which was great and convenient! They have a place on-site to store luggage which is helpful for people arriving early. The room itself was okay- could use some updating. The shower was super small, there was just enough room to stand inside and slowly spin around. There wasn't a way to control the temperature in the room, and the heater was on full blast the whole time. It was a great place to stay if you're looking for an affordable option! "

"Really nice hotel at terminal T5 Heathrow. Staff are really helpful. Downside is drink and food prices, which are extortionate. You get a much better deal if you book directly with the hotel and become an Accor member. Free welcome drink for two, which is great, and room upgrades with a free mini bar. You do not get this if you book with Expedia."
