"I was nervous about staying here because there were no reviews to give me insight about the place so I was pleasantly surprised by it. The location was great - right across the street from John’s Pass so we had quick access to food and shopping. The beach wasn’t crowded like Clearwater Beach. The condo looks exactly like the pictures. It was clean and spacious. An added bonus was a few beach chairs, boogy boards and sand toys. I’d stay here again. "

"First trip down to Florida and I couldn't have been happier with how it went. The property was easy to find and check in with the front desk to obtain the parking pass took all of about 2 minutes. Once we had gotten ourselves up and settled in the unit, the family and I were pleased to find a number of items that we were able to use at the beach every day during stay. The wagon made getting back and forth from the beach infinitely easier, and having some beach "toys" for the kiddos to use was...

"We loved staying in this condo—everything was brand new, high quality, and impeccably clean. Full kitchen with washer & dryer. Very spacious and beautifully decorated. The beds were very comfortable. The beach sunsets were amazing. It was a very short walk across the street to the beach, which was not crowded at all. Loved being able to walk to close-by restaurants as well. The owners were very attentive to questions. Extremely happy with our choice to stay there!"

"This condo had everything we could have wanted and more (minus the pool and hot tub but honestly we didn’t really miss them). The beach is in wonderful shape and there was never a shortage of spots to sit. The owners were extremely easy to work with and answered questions quickly. The condo was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The other owners and renters are very kind and the Thirsty Thursday gatherings were a fun surprise. We would definitely rent this condo again."

"Unit was fine. Clean. New appliances. The condition of the building was somewhat misrepresented considering the pool was not being worked on and spalling work on the building required the hurricane shades be closed for a week out of 4 to avoid construction dust from being worse than it was. Hammering and drilling very anoying. Very limited view. A discount in should be offered. Finding lockbox was a joke. Luckily tenants were there to get into building. "
