"Nice friendly pub. Room was basic but clean with a kettle and plenty of tea and coffee. Breakfast was a bit disorganised as there was no menu as such and it was difficult to find out what was available. Good if you like a full English breakfast but otherwise poor. "

Excellent location to walk to shops and restaurants. Parking available outside, approx £4 for 2 hours, but from 6pm - 8am it is free, we got up at 8am to put a ticket on just in time before the Traffic Warden arrived so be aware of this. Only issue we had was that you are unable to control the heating in any way. Room was cold...

"There's no doubt that The Boat Inn is a lovely, traditional pub in a super location, right on the banks of the Wye with good views of the river from the bedrooms above the pub. The surroundings are wooded and distinctly bosky, which is nice. There is a small village (Redbrook) with a village shop a few hundred metres away across an old railway bridge.
