"We had a nice stay , the location was perfect, very close to canals, markets. A 10 min walk to tram 1 or 3 takes you to the station. It says it’s 1st floor, but it’s up a flight. It’s huge space, comfy bed. Only negative was not enough TP , towels not enough for 4 days, and no internet. I did chat with support, no issues were resolved. But it didn’t hamper our stay"

"Quiet location on the edge of old town"

"We only stayed for one night whilst the Christmas market was on. Hotel is very convenient to the centre and trams are a short walk away. The gentleman on reception was lovely and very helpful. Lots of interesting traditional furniture and artefacts in the hotel. Room was large with a modern bathroom. "

"The location was perfect! The bus station was a 5 minute walk away, parking garage opposite the hotel, the centre was within a 10 minute walk, we absolutely loved our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful and the beds were very comfortable. Only negative was that the bathroom did have a not so nice smell from the shower, but we managed with the door closed. Would 100 percentage recommend and stay here again"

"Room was good and comfortable! I just didn’t like that you have to make your bed and put things together and take them off. Hello, that’s what are you paying for. Also no elevator and if you get the top floor like it happen to me is a lot of stairs."

"I simply loved the appartment - its spaciousness, structure, terrace, location, a very good wifi connection, and everything that the area has to offer. I especially loved the feeling of luxury of space that this appartment offers. There were some minor issues like absence of soap, shortage of teaspoons, teacups, teapot, etc., also a worn coach in the living room. I also thought that the doors could close quiter - I think the doors are banged because otherwise it is rather difficult to close it...

"My experience at Hotel le Provencal was very positive. I was on business travel in the region and it is one of the hotels with very good value for money. The welcome was warm and professional. The staff was always available and ready to meet my needs which greatly contributed to making my stay enjoyable. The room was well-equipped and the bed comfortable. The breakfast offered (included in the price of the night) was simple but yet with enough selection of pastries and fresh fruits, perfect for...
