"The loft was perfect for the four of us. Location is a short walk to the center of Ghent. Across the canal was a hidden gem--Industrie Museum. And a lovely Italian restaurant. The loft was light and airy, the bathrooms modern. The common area has a nice seating area, a huge dining table and an adequate kitchen and a small powder room. "Super property, clean and well equipped. Fabulous location just a 10 min walk into the centre of Bruges. On street parking for which the host kindly arranged a permit for us. We loved the recommendation in the book and really enjoyed Restaurant Cezar which provided a welcome break amongst the Christmas crowds. The stairs are steep in the property which is typical for a house of this type, but maybe just note this if you have children or anybody be less mobile with you. The property is near...

"The house was exceptionally well maintained throughout, beautifully decorated, modern spacious and spotlessly clean. Dirk was on hand, but unobtrusive and helpfully phoned a taxi for us one evening. We had a wonderful stay and wouldnt hesitate to return.The house is a short walk to a bus stop, where you can easily get into Bruges central."

"nice house, but the heaters were insufficient for us to get the house warm, especially after being out during the day, and therefore on a cold weekend this is too much of a negative for us. We also found the bathroom upstairs (without a toilet), but the toilet downstairs without a sink a bit of a negative. We also struggled to find the keysafe at first as the bush had grown over it."

"Everything about the 3kings was not just as advertised but perfect. We spotted this place 4+ years ago when we initially planned our Belgium trip (NB 2020!!). We booked early so we were able to get it. The host has an extensive house book. It’s literally less than a 5 minute walk to the entry of old Bruges. Easy check in and check out."

"Das Haus war im Untergeschoss in einem unmöglichen Zustand. Die Toiletten und das Bad sind wohl mindestens seit 20 Jahren nicht mehr saniert worden. Offensichtlich wurde die Schimmelbildung überstrichen. Meine Familie hat Allergien und hat auf diesen Zustand extrem reagiert. Mit Unterstützung der Verwaltung konnten wir das Haus wechseln gegen Mehrkosten. Nicht zu empfehlen!!!"

"Fantastic stay. I was celebrating with 13 other friends. The house was perfect for us, lovely hot tub and games area, kitchen facilities were well maintained with plenty of fridge space. The rooms were very clean on arrival and just as expected. Geert was very accomodating. Taxis for all of us into Ghent would have been €240 however a 30 min walk to the loc train station saved us a lot of money. "
