"Reception was excellent, both at arrival and checkout and the pool facilities were also good - we swam in the afternoon when it was quiet. Dinner was disappointing with thee of the six mains on the Brasserie menu being burgers. There were "specials" but this was a fixed menu. Waiting staff generally pleasant but largely inexperienced. On the Wednesday there were two large groups in, one close to us, but unfortunately the tables were not adjacent and our meal was punctuated by conversations...

"Service was excellent. Staff on reception was beyond helpful, food was astonishing having breakfast, afternoon tea and an evening meal in the hotel restaurant and all the food was the highest quality with fantastic hosts and waiting staff. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Beautiful views from the room, the lounge, the restaurant and the outdoor seating areas overlooking the lake. Overall a breathtaking area with the hotel complimenting the area incredibly well. Spa treatments to top off...
