"Extremely basic accommodations, the room needed an overhaul, lights, fixtures, tv, electric outlets, clean up at the bathroom, new toilet water bowl, a paint job, new door and more. However, air conditioning only in bedroom so the living room/kitchenette will be hot during the day (and in the evening as well)."
