"Good location, friendly staff. Included breakfast could be better (more muffins/softer bagels) but has 2 bagel makers, cereal, yogurt, sausage, and eggs. Watered down OJ and applejuice was mixed with cranberry. Pool could be warmer and larger and I believe is only 5 feet deep at the most but it was open as was the hot tub. Rooms and the hotel in general are clean. No issues during my stay."

"Convient to Crystal grand theater. Small frig and microwave in room is a plus. Beds and pillows comfortable. There are shampoo and conditioner and lotion dispensers in the bathroom and they were impossible to make them function. We were very disappointed with that. "

"Staff was EXTREMELY welcoming, accommodating, kind, and respectful for my needs with my service dog, my daughter, and myself. We came in for business for my service dog and thought went in to giving me a perfect accessable room for my needs and the fact I use a walker as well.
