"Overnight in this historic hotel was an experience. Renovated into 15 Victorian decorated rooms & antiques throughout was definitely different than the standard highway chain hotel. If you don’t want German food nearby, there are many bars and restaurants in walking distance, as well as the beautiful capital building. "My college friends and I had the most lovely time at this cozy cabin! Everything was as mentioned in the description, the lake and views were stunning. We hiked nearby and happened upon the outdoor market in Baraboo. Saturday night dinner at Fish Tales just down the road was excellent. Highly recommended, will be back next year!"
