The staff was very friendly and we wanted to add anything night and we booked from a third party and honered the price instead of charging us their fees which many other hotels have tried. So it was much easier to not have to switch rooms or hotels.

The cleanest hotel ever! They cleaned probably 8 times in the 6 hours my kids spent in the pool. Our room had the most pleasant clean smell. The breakfast was amazing, the room service options were affordable with kid-geared options too! We loved the pool area- perfect for young kids in the dells! We will be back often for sure!

No towels available for the room, dirty room and bathroom, very bad odors everywhere, night shift staff not helpful at all, no spaces or facilities for pets on the outside of the hotel, parking spots extremely narrow. This is not a 9 stars review hotel, it is more like a 3 or 4. Stay away from it. Too much money for the extremely poor stay experience.

We booked a 2 room hotel room. Two queen beds in one room and a king in the other room. This is perfect for a family with multiple children. The room was very clean and the hotel was also clean. Staff was very nice. The pool area fit our needs as we were there for a sporting event. It checks all the boxes and was reasonably priced. This is our 2nd stay and have good experiences both times.

The check in was ridiculous given the precheck in-had to do it all again. The bathtub was filthy. There was noise all night long coming from the heaters. The breakfast was terrible.

It was a fairly typical property, nothing noteworthy. Breakfast options were laid out in a confusing manner. When one guest spilled juice on the floor, staff was quick to clean it up but failed to immediately put up a wet floor sign, causing another guest to fall hard. In the room, a surprising lack of anyplace to hang wet swim suits.

I liked the property, entire hotel was clean and welcoming. Our room was clean and ready when we got there, which was appreciated as i had young kids with me. Free full breakfast was great, kids loved the pancakes. The pool was wonderful, a kiddos waterpark area about 16 inches complete with slides and water sprouts it was soo cold though. A standard pool that was a little warmer and the adult hot tub. I didnt like that comtrary to the signs kids were playing in the hot tub and it wasn't relaxing during the daytime. Also i believe that if towels are taken from in front of the room door then that means fresh towels are needed , same as trash. But all in all our stay was great and cant wait to visit again.
