"A beautiful house owned and run by beautiful people. Whats not like about this beautiful home. I stayed here over night on my regular work trip. First of many I hope. Tony and Chris are such a lovely, friendly couple. "A very different experience, a shame it was November so the weather wasn't great, but still a great experience. Would definately recommend flip flops for the bus stop showers, as that floor was a tad painful. And a shame the shower with a view had suffered in the last freeze, would be great in summer. Will consider a revisit in warmer weather if we need a place to stay in the area in the future."

"For anyone wanting to "get away from it all" this provides a unique opportunity. No phone signal and no internet in the area where the Shepherd huts are situated provides perfect peace. The accommodation is absolutely beautiful, and superbly functional, everything you need is here. In an area which is very close to the Beacons National Park, close enough for access and far enough away from the "beaten tourist path" to offer solitude and peace and quiet. "The location was great. It had everything we needed. It was just outdated and as not used often could do with a good spring clean. Great size rooms, and sauna and Jacuzzi bath. Overall a wonderfully peaceful property. Our first trip with our dog and she loved the freedom and the woods for walks. "
