"Brilliant location with Panoramic views Excellent service with a caring touch Congratulations to the new owners for providing a great hotel in West Wales We last had a reunion 20 years ago when the hotel was looking a little tired but now what a difference. The Restaurant and breakfast facilities and meals were very good with no delays even with a full hotel The brasserie at the hotel entrance was also excellent. Will definitely return"

"In the main all I ask for in a hotel is to be clean and safe. But occasionally I encounter a hotel that deserves praise. We stayed for two nights. The room was large and comfortable. Staff throughout the hotel were efficient and courteous. Breakfast was good, dinner even better. Add complimentary access to the pool, jacuzzi and sauna and the result is amazing value. Thoroughly recommended. "

"This is a beautiful spa hotel north of Tenby (about a five minute drive into the town center). There are a number of spa options available, but with your room you can access the swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna. "Stormy weather closed in from the West and we chose this hotel as a halfway point between home and our destination to break the journey. The following morning, staff were very friendly and helpful looking up local weather and road reports for us and offering to extend our stay if needs be. The restaurant was very pleasant, the food well presented and tasty."

"The hotel is in a beautiful location on the seafront and we saw a spectacular sunset. Our room was very clean and felt comfortable and luxurious. We loved being able to sit and look at the sea out of the bay window while we had our morning coffee. The reception staff were lovely. The lady at the desk on Sunday afternoon when we arrived made us feel very welcome and at-home. We love the magnificent old building with its original features. We're already planning another visit and hope to try out...

"Good location and a nice view over the bay. Room fixtures and fittings are very old and really could do with an update, but that is reflected in the cost so fair enough. However, cleanliness of the room and en-suite shower room we’re excellent. Top marks for that. "
