"The property was located in the centre of all the restaurants and just a few minutes walk from the caves for the Christmas market which was a convenient location. The Hotel itself had a large restaurant. There is no lift and a very steep staircase to the rooms. Our room had a faulty lock so each time we tried to go out it took several minutes for the lock to catch. We did advise a member of staff but they did not do anything about it. "The location of this hotel is good, and it was clean, staff very nice, but it's a pretty run down old hotel, and our room was really small and terribly hot, even with the window open, and the fan running 24 hours, it was still really hot. Bathroom is tiny. breakfast doesn't open until 9AM, which is quite late if you want to get up and go somewhere, so we had to get breakfast at a different place. "An amazing host, made extremely welcome, nothing was too difficult. Room clean, well equipped with microwave, coffee maker and fridge. Clean and spacious shower. Host did everything he could to provide a suitable breakfast, with so many extras. In an area, which was very quiet. Would certainly go back!"
