Its a nice hotel for us, friendly staff,good breakfast , its in a good location to get into germany and Belgiumand other tourist areas the town center in sittard has shops and plenty of restaurants

Staff were not helpful, moved the reception into the restaurant so we’re queuing to check in, in a busy restaurant. Had dinner in the restaurant 2 nights, had to get staff attention for more drinks, was not taken care of. Room was average, bathroom needs updating, air con didn’t work and beds were uncomfortable.

Bit like a Premier Inn, you know what to expect
Generally I enjoy staying at this hotel. However, it bugs me they use disposable shower gels, cups etc. The hotel looks pretty new and I a quite, comfortable place to stay. It’s part of the football ground, so idea if you’re going to a game. Standard breakfast buffet type arrangement. Oh, it also has a mega climbing wall! Be nice if they vacuumed the rooms too. Not overly dirty, just in need of more care when cleaning

The rooms dont have heating. The outside temperature was -2 degrees, so we could not spend the night there. We had to get another hotel. We did not stay there. Can you please refund me the night that I pay?

Perfecte locatie, personeel mag een tandje bijzett
Geweldige hotel en welness centrum welke meer dan compleet is. Maar het personeel maakt de tent en juist daar zit geen tempo in. Meerdere keren lang staan te wachten op bediening die schitterde in afwezigheid. Jammer, dat kan anders..

Prima hotel met wisselde service
Prima hotel, zeker een aanrader. Hygiëne goed, comfort bedden etc. goed en ontbijtbuffet ook zeer lekker. De service van het personeel vond ikzelf een beetje wisselvallend, ik kreeg het idee daf ikzelf vaak ‘aan de mauw’ moest trekken of gedag moest zeggen. (Ik ken andere hotels waar je direct wordt begroet door het personeel, wetend dat ze klaar voor je staan). Over het algemeen ben ik erg tevreden en wil ik zeker nogmaals langskomen!

Prettig en toegankelijk Hotel
Goede kamer, schoon en verzorgd. Bedden iets te zacht, naar onze mening. Fijn dat je vanuit je kamer direct naar het Welnessgedeelte kan lopen. Ligging van het hotel geschikt voor uitstapjes naar Duitsland en/of België.
