"Bathroom has some mold in ceiling"

"It was okay for just me, not really poor, but a litlte below average. The windows were open when I got to my room and they would not shut all the way. There was 1/2 inch gap where the window didn't shut and they just wouldn't budge to close all the way. The vent in the bathroom was falling down and it exposed dirt, dust, and who knows what else clogging the vent. There were crumbs on the floor and dirt on both of the chairs at the mini-table. The tub was just a little dirty, but it was okay...

"In terms of a budget-friendly stay, this place worked just fine. There are areas of the room and common areas that need repair or updating, but everything was good enough. There were some small stains on sheets/carpets/furniture, but everything seemed clean. There isn't much for breakfast option variety, but there was something to eat each morning. You aren't shopping at this price point for a ton of awesome amenities; if you just want a quiet place to stay that's easy to get to and staffed...

"The hotel was easy to find, a good price, the guy at the front desk was very nice! It was very dated though, the phone in our room was extremely dirty and the only numbers on the actual phone were 9, 6, 5. At that point, I would just take it out the room. The lights in the entry way didn’t work. It needs a good cleaning and vacuuming! It was also crazy to me that there wasn’t an elevator in a 2 story hotel. I had to lug my heavy suit case up and down 2 flights of stairs. We just used it to get...

"Construction from 8am - 8pm is a bit of a bummer. Woke up to loud banging around 8am each day. Otherwise it is a nice, clean, and comfortable stay. I would stay again - after construction is finished."

"Stayed for 3 nights during busy all rooms sold out weekend (regional volleyball tournament at Indianapolis convention center). Room was very clean and updated. Everything was functioning well. Bit noisy at times but overall was good. Breakfast was good as well. I would visit again."
