"The IBIS budget is a clean and nice enough hotel for the money. It's nearest tram stop is Kronenberg. It's about 30-40 mins into the centre. We paid for breakfast which was continental and very nice. Staff were super friendly and helpful. It was clean. Very basic rooms so no tea and coffee facilities in the room we had (906) and it did get quite hot. Aircon went to 18 degs no lower so bit hot at night. "Loved it! A room in Amsterdam with a balcony?! AMAZING. Beds were super soft. They cleaned/gave fresh towels and bedding everyday! 24/7 reception. Stairs are fine- clearly people haven’t stayed in other Amsterdam hotels before- as the stairs are typical for an old Amsterdam building. Shower was perfect. Could do with a lick of paint and some minor cosmetic bits to the room but honestly prefer it the way it is. A proper Amsterdam hotel"

"It was quite for the most part, some of the tenants were noisy, but it is what it is. The front desk was helpful as they could be. The downside, housekeeping services took my personal towel, and the front desk made amends by giving me a free breakfast on the day I was checking out. Overall a wonderful experience and I wouldn't hesitate to book there again."
