"Room was spacious and equipped with everything for a short stay. But on leaving - after I had to give them day-before notice of needing shuttle to airport, I got to desk 5 min early and waited 15 min for someone to show up. She said she'd lost track of time then ordered an Uber, causing me another 10 min delay. I hadnt factored in this extra time and it was terribly disruptive. All they needed to do was call me earlier to alert me of the situation so I could have left at the correct time."

"This property is not all new. But the main building is nice snd they always put us in a remodled room that is nice. And even it is in a transient neighborhoods, we always feel safe here with the cctv and rhe care of the staff"
