"Perfect spot for my family. Property was very clean and well stocked. Check in and check out couldn't have been easier. The location was perfect - close to the city, restaurants, shopping, Delta Center, and skiing. The backyard was very private and perfect for hanging out and grilling or soaking in the hot tub. We had a heavy snow overnight while we were there and a crew showed up in the morning to very quickly clear the sidewalks, back table, patio, grill, hot tub, etc., which was a nice...

"My sister and our daughters stayed here for a girls weekend. There are so many fun rooms and spaces in this home. Very kid and dog friendly. The home is a beautiful home in a strange location, but it didn't bother us. It is also next to a dog boarding business, but the owners took precautions to try and minimize any noise, which we appreciated. We didn't use the precautions as we love dogs, and occasional barking doesn't bother us. "

"We had more then plenty of room for the 4 adults in our group. There are plenty of outdoor spaces to hang out it, and we absolutely loved the roof top area. Plus the bonus of having our own garage was great. The main living area was very relaxing to hang out in. The host provided great detail on finding and accessing the location. We also found that we had access to all the amenities we would need for our stay. We would absolutely stay here again. Thanks, Ryan!"

"It was exactly as advertised, clean and comfortable with nice big tvs.Good location for us to drive to ski resorts.If someone has rented the upstairs of the house it can be noisy in the basement. The nights no one was up there it was quiet. I believe you could rent the two floors together and that would be ideal."

"Wonderful, CLEAN home in a very quiet neighborhood. Especially enjoyed the very comfortable beds and lovely back yard. The 5 of us were here for a convention in downtown Salt Lake City, which was a quick 20-25 minute drive all week. There were plenty of local amenities within minutes of the home. Highly recommend this home for a large family or group with a caution that the multi-levels may prove difficult for those who have trouble with stairs. "

"So close to Temple Square. If doing genealogy research at the Family History Center, this is a perfect place to stay. The rooms have kitchenette- great for saving $ on meals. If you’re wondering, they do have coffee machine (this is SLC!). Salt Lake City was beautiful, very clean, and friendly. "
