"It was our second time at Shangri-La Bangkok. The stay was fantastic as always. The staff was really attentive and friendly, the room is spacious and beautiful, the food at the Lounge was just delicious. The location is super convenient with a sky train station and a ferry nearby. Plan to come again next year. "

"I will totally recommend this hotel for travelers who’s trying to get away from the very busy and hectic Sukhumvit street hotels. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.Special thanks to Annie Park at the checking desk for helping us navigating how to get to the attractions around Bangkok. She also send my wife a belated birthday cake. The only drawback was, you had to walk about 15 minutes to the MRT station. Thanks to all the staff. "

"Good location. Nearby good street food restaurants. 10 min walk to river city/ pier. Located on a small side street. May seem dingy but looked like it is common area for locals, if you enjoy cultural local scenes. Room was spacious & bed was comfortable. "

"Khaosan road is just two minutes walk from the hotel. And just in front of the hotel, there are fine restaurants and street food vendors. Airport buses from Suvarnabhumi and Don Mueang airports stop at Khaosan road two minutes walk away. The hotel itself.is old fashioned European style I would say."

"We stayed only one night but it was superb. The moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome. The kingsized be was very comfortable. The breakfast had everything and more - such a choice. It was a lovely experience and the staff could not have treated us better. "Nice boutique hotel in quite street few minutes walk from actions. Property and staffs are good. One star off for 2 things. One, closet draws very tight and no handle so hard to pull. Two, rainw shower head needs cleaning inside so water can com down straight again."
