"Bed was ok but not cozy and the bed linens didn’t fit and stay in place. Pillows were not comfortable. "

"Our stay at Gundersen Hotel and Suites was excellent. The staff was friendly especially to our dog and provided treats. The breakfast was a nice surprise. Better than average hotel breakfasts. We booked a one bedroom king suite which worked out great for 3 people. We even baked cookies in the kitchen. We liked the layout of the room and the bathroom was accessible from the main area as well as the bedroom. A plus is there is no pet fee. We would stay here again. "

"We liked our room. Is was clean and quiet. The only problem we had is that the hot tub was not ready when we arrived at 3pm and was closed the rest of the evening. We stayed 2 nights. The main reason we booked this hotel is because of the hot tub. We only had time to use it the first night we stayed as we would be gone the entire second day from morning until late at night. Unfortunately, it was drained the day we arrived and was re-filling and not useable."

"The staff at the Hotel are very accommodating and kind! We never stayed at this hotel as we thought it looked outdated BUT the hotel is spotless and well maintained. We'll be back. "

"Hotel was clean and in great condition. My only complaint is in regards to the climate control for the room. The temperature was very warm and there wasn’t an option to turn down the thermostat and cool off the room since it’s cold outside. This made for difficult sleeping conditions with the room being anywhere from 75 to 80°."
