But other than that i loved the jacuzzi and the room was fun. No heat was a downside but nice warm blankets fixed that."

"The ladies that work in the front are wonderful people. Their staff is very professional and there is always hot coffee and cold water there when you arrive home for the day. The area has everything you need. The Wi-Fi is reliable and the rooms are exceptionally clean. The live vines in the atrium are beautiful and fitting for Picasso. The people make this place great! "

"This is a nightmare hotel. They dont have confortable mattreses, no hot water in the mornings, towels literaly ripped and stained. The staff are a gang of rude venezuelan people. You have just 10 min to take the breakfast, because they dont have enough tables for all guest. You better pay a little bit more and you get something confortable for your stay."
