"It was close to a mall and the Sapporo Convention Center. The best thing was it was steps away from the subway station. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel had nice amenities. Wouldn't mind booking the property again. "

"Great location close to Susukino station with a lot of shops and restaurants in the area. It's good if you like the nightlife, but not as great if you don't. The room and hotel facilities were very clean. It's a no frills type of place, which I expected since I got the room for a very low price. The breakfast was basic (a few types of bread), but the coffee machine was nice and had different beverage options."

"I've fallen victim to a few (relatively) inexpensive hotels with reviews and photos that don't accurately display the property's low standards. This hotel is not one of those. All of the staff members I've interacted with have been cordial and willing to help and the many rooms I've stayed in have been clean and not misrepresented in size or condition. There are blemishes here and there but from my experience none are worth avoiding booking here again."

"Check in time was rather strict at 3pm, we reached at 2.45pm but had to wait. Free bottled water provided, rooms were clean. Our rooms faced the railway tracks and we could hear the trains faintly in the early morning. Very close to Sapporo station though not directly connected. "

"Great experience with a larger than expected room! Very clean and comfortable. The check in process is rather strange having to call the "front desk" and fill out our own forms was a bit of a process as well. Overall had a great time here though."

"I cannot expect more as it is value for money. The hotel is approx. 400-500 meters from Sapporo Station. One thing matter is about the bathroom. I prefer not to have the bathtub so the space will be better for movement. It just too small. "

"Price is affortable but don't expect a big room. Locaton isn't too bad and will take approxiately 7-10 mins walking time to train station. One thing I am not happy is ... the hotel forces you to pay daily hot spring bath tub (charged per person) no matter you will use or not. The pajamas that hotel provides are smelly(strong body odor). "
