There are four restaurants and a Family Mart on 1F, two nice football/soccer fields outside, start-up style office spaces, labs, and meeting rooms in the middle floors and the hotel on the top floor 7F. Rooms were spacious with a minimalist kitchen and larger than average mini fridge/freezer. 10 minute walk through the park to the train station. "

"All services met expectations. For this price it’s a good deal. Probably you can find a bite near by around the same price but includes breakfast. I requested late night check in which was no problem. Location was Convenient to restaurants and subway station. "
