"Very friendly check-in service, couldn't have asked more from this lovely lady. On arriving in the room it was freezing, the windows were open and the heating off, this was probably down to them trying to get rid of the wet dog smell. Other than the smell, the room was spacious, tv worked, hairdryer to use and shower gel provided with one large towel and one small. Extra pillows were available in the wardrobe. Two things I wasn't particularly impressed about were: 1. the stairs leading up to the apartment looked really untidy, greatly contrasting with the neatness within the apartment. 2.
