"I wanted to wash my clothes and i need quarter (0.25$) to use lundry machines. At the reception i ask to have quarter and you dont have and you say to me i should try to find money at the gaz station or at the Dunkin Donut. So i finally find enought quarter in 3 places to be able to use lundry. It's the first time it happen to me. Every hotels i want change for lundry i just ask at the reception to have it."

"Actually, it was OK. Everything was decent. The neighborhood is good and safe. The room was clean. I only have a complain. SF Central Hotel charged an extra $25 to my credit card on September 22, 2024, without any explanation. That is only my complaint. "

"I like my experience in general , a good hotel to stay one day. But I had some troubles at check in because the girl at the front desk poorly explained where my room was located. Also, when I got to the building the carpet was pretty old and stained, a huge garbage bag was in the middle of the aisle and it smelled really bad. The outside is a little unsettling too, the building is near the train tracks and it feels a little bit unsafe. I will recommend if you are just passing through SF."
