"Had a lovely 2 night stay in cosy 1 over the weekend ..Tom and Rosie were excellent hosts and very quick to reply to messages Nothing negative to say as everything was as described ..everything was clean , comfortable beds and a great space to relax , close to everything and lots to do for the kids … We definitely recommend staying here and this will be our go to place when we are in Paignton again .. Once again thank you Tom and family for being so welcoming "

I had a single, ensuite room which was great as a solo traveller, not always this option at some hotels. Gary and James were very welcoming, cleanliness was excellent and a great breakfast. "Staff were lovely and the room had a couple of extra touches I wasn’t expecting like bottles of water. The only thing that I would say tainted the stay was that I couldn’t turn the heating off in the room and with the room being small and at the top of the building, it was so, so hot.
