"Ground floor accommodation, parking, easy walking distance to sea front"

"Amazing location! Car parking just around the corner is you struggle to get parking on the street outside. Everything you need in the apartment! Both bed and sofa bed were super comfy! Only thing I would say for apartment 30 is to get curtains rather than just net in the living room as I slept on the sofa bed and could see people outside in the morning so they could defo see me! But honestly, had the best time! "

"We love coming to Sidmouth there is nice shop and tea rooms, book shops there is a nice big playground and the weather was very good warm for October/November and the best of all is this flat it's a nice sides it's got every thing you need and its got parking and iit very close to the shops and sea front we will be back next year "

"Stayed for 6 nights. Great location and view from the room gorgeous! Everything we needed. Only one complaint we were by the door to where the garbage is put....lots of garbage laying around not put in bins. Figure it was previous guests. I would recommend "

"The location is excellent for access to the city center. Parking is limited. The fold away bed was not comfortable and we had to purchase a foam pad to make it sleepable. The bedroom closet door was in need of repair. We would recommend to friends."

"Other than the check-in and out times being changed after I booked I can't complain. The flat was immaculately clean, well fitted and accessorised kitchen so you won't want for anything if you're cooking for yourself. The flat is perfectly located so the seafront is only a short walk away. Just beware that towels aren't provided. That's unusual in my experience but the owners left a note explaining this was a covid precaution so there is a reason for it. You may wanna pack an extra couple for...

"Great location in the heart of downtown Exeter with the Cathedral right outside the front door. Restaurants, shops and Exeter Central train station all within an easy walk. Pictures are true to the flat and it is very well equipped."
