"This was my first trip to New Orleans and I couldn't have been happier with the historic Mardi gras inn. Jazmin and Sean/Shawn were both amazing. Jazmin gave us great recommendations for food in the area and Sean was able to give us great recommendations for drinks and the night life. "The bed was extremely comfortable. My main issue was that there was only one staff member at the front desk at check-in time. There were three there an hour before check-in time, but only one when it was time for everybody to check in. That made for a long line. Apparently, one of the employees took their lunch at check-in time."

"Great place to stay. Location excellent. If you are looking for the Ritz Carlton stay there. This place was terrific for what it is. A boutique hotel. Every employee was terrific. The only minor thing i would suggest is a soap holder in the shower. "
