Maybe ours room at ground floor . Not sure how about 1st floor . Room size ok , but ours bathroom without a window, a bit smelly, but other things all good . "Complaint against the Hotel which collected extra charges of twenty Malaysian ringgit (RM20.00). Such charges should have been collected by Expedia when I booked the hotel room. Complaint against Expedia which does not follow up my complaint even after I have sent the scan copy of receipt of those extra charges via email. Of course, the receipt was obtained only after the severe disputes with Hotel. The Hotel is unreasonable. "

"Friendly staff greeted us and available 24 hours. Very nice people. The room and beds were comfortable but the bathroom had a lot of black mould that needs bleaching/removal. I also had to clean the toilet properly before using. Fantastic location for the street art trail, food, the jetty and public transport links. "
