The management company is always communicating with you to ensure everything goes well. The one issue we dealt with was insects and lizards. The management was quick to respond and sent someone out. One of the main reasons we chose it was the walkability to restaurants and the beach boardwalk; we even walked to out dinner cruise and luau all located on Kaanapali beach.The space was good sized and comfortable. "Freshly renovated, this studio in Kihei is right across the street from one of the many beaches in Kihei with one of the most stunning sunsets. It is stocked with everything you need to cook and go to the beach (beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler). There is also a great pool and jacuzzi area with 2 big BBQs for cooking meals. Communication with hosts have been top notch. I would definitely come back!"

"When booking we were not informed of no air conditioning. My wife has asthma and she can not stay in any unit without A/C. As per the unit! It was nice, Not beachfront as stated! BUT! "We loved our stay! This place has everything you can ever need to enjoy the beach and cook meals. The beds were comfy and lots of seating for our family of 5 in the living room. We loved having comfortable furniture on the balcony where we could hang out and watch the sea turtles in the beach area out front every day. Mahalo!!"
