"I booked a private room and the price was really reasonable, both the bar downstairs and the hotel is very clean and the staff are professional and friendly. I actually was so impressed with the hotel and staff, I extended my stay at Sonderia twice. "We arrived at 8:30pm. Restaurant was closed and not even the snack bar or coffee was available. No room service available and nothing explained. When we came down in the morning, lobby was full of litter and fast food bags. Room was clean and bed was comfortable so tolerable."

"When we arrived the hotel, there was no one to help us to send the luggage over to the room, which is away from the main building. and no clear instruction on the wifi and facilities and we had to call to the counter to find out. all the rest are quite good."

"I enjoyed my stay at the Chengdu Railway Hotel. It was just for two nights and I chose the hotel because it is walking distance to the North Railway station. The free breakfast was big and very very nice. The only drawback is that the staff did not speak much English, so communication was quite difficult."
