"Couldn’t find anyone to check us out at 7:15 am. By the time she got there the lobby had a line! Didn’t appreciate having to search for someone for over 15 minutes, delaying our long drive ahead that day. No apology!"

"Very up to date and clean hotel. Bed was reasonably comfortable but was a full size, not queen. Sofa was hard. Has laminate style flooring instead of carpet, which is nice for cleanliness. Music Row is kind of a business district so it tends to be quiet after hours. Not a ton of walkable dining options in the immediate area of the hotel. No lobby coffee service in the AM."

"No towel racks in bathroom area. Bathroom door broken and hinge loose. Breakfast area very small and at times very crowded."

"The stay was good the location is nestled between a Cracker Barrel and a Waffle House so that's a plus because you can get breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The room was comfy and the linen was clean. My only complaint is that they were doing construction the time of my stay and you could hear them working on stuff up until around 10 p.m. other than that I would recommend booking a stay. "

"Experience was great! Very clean and new. Only complaint would of been not much parking and the family above us (we were on 3rd floor) sounded like elephants jumping up and down. Not the hotel fault though. Very pleasant."

"The hot tub was wonderful and the pool looked great but it was cold so I didn’t swim. The room was clean and renovated and I liked it a lot. There is a ‘cash’ deposit neccesary to check in to the room, they hold your cash until you check out. They have an atm in the lobby if you do not have cash, "
