"We were greeted by two gentlemen who were very friendly and professional. We really enjoyed our time with them. The room was quaint but clean, and sufficient for our trip. It was clean and the air conditioner worked. We would stay there again. "

"Check-in was very easy when I arrived! The staff is very friendly and accomodating and the hotel is very clean! I appreciate the daily service for room cleaning and the free breakfast is a major plus. "

"The best local hotel you will find in SF reasonably priced. Bring you toiletries they only provide soap which keeps prices low. It is in Chinatown one block from the dragon gate. Walkable minutes from Market street. The beds are hard but the room has hot water and heat."

"Super friendly staff during our pre-chat interaction. Big clean rooms Slept well Useful airport shuttle. Breakfast was a disappointment ( coffee shops at walking distance if needed) Although we expected to be able to book our late checkout upon arrival as per discussed with the establishment, we were told to do it the next morning. For reference with did our check-in close to midnight. It would have been nice not to have to go back downstairs a few hours later to pay for our checkout time...

"The LiA hotel is conveniently located near the San Carlos city center/walk street…parking in the courtyard is easy and usually available. Those are the good things. The bad things are that the walls are very thin and you can hear your neighbors and the people above you if you’re on ground level. We were there for a week and there was loud music most nights. Probably won’t be back. "

"This an older property but rooms were updated, small and clean. Our shower handle was having issues but they sent repair guy to address it asap. Would stay here again. "
