"Overall was better than expected although the window of n my room was small, high up & made the room cell like. The toiletries were good quality, the room looked nice & breakfast was nice reasonable although they had no vegetarian sausages. Although the rooms decor was good overall there were 2 things that let it down, firstly there was nowhere to hang anything as the wardrobe had no hangers and there was no hook behind the door for a coat, secondly & more importantly the bed was terrible...

"It wasn’t the Ritz but it wasn’t sold as that! Good value for money, everything was as described and our host was cheerful and very helpful. The karaoke was fun in the evening and we had a good reception from locals and other guests there too. A good place to stay while on the road or for onward travel! "

"The little touches like breakfast porridge/pastry and water. The fridge, wine glasses were nice. The place was really nice quality. The outside seating area is a nice benefit. The only things that could improve would be a mirror on the wall near hairdryer to do hair, luckily I’d brought my own as this tends to be a common issue. I enjoyed the view, it was one of the reasons for booking but if the vegetation is cut back there won’t be much of a view when full leaf cover in summer which might...

"Small hotel with just 6 rooms, but very clean and tidy, lovely room with ensuite, iron and hairdryer. Bathroom excellent. Food is good in the bar. Only downside is they do not cater for breakfast"
