"We stayed here for one night while passing through. We brought our toddler along so we wanted a hotel in a safe area and close to public transport access. The stop is right across the street. It’s a short ride to Fisherman’s Wharf and surrounded by all the high end stores. We felt safe walking at night. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our daughter really enjoyed the glass elevator view! Nice, quiet hotel in the heart of Union Square. I’d stay here again in the future. "

"Room was modern and clean, very spacious. Parking was easy with reasonable rates. Staff here was very friendly and helpful with everything. However, the soundproofing was truly terrible and we could hear the person above us walking around all evening and all morning so clearly, with the squeaky floors. If you're a light sleeper, wear ear plugs. "
