Brought it to the receptionist, he was kind enough to upgrade my room and changed my room, also did apologised for the inconvenience caused. However, it’d definitely be better if there isn’t any bed bugs at all."

"The hotel is ideally located within walking distance of the old quarter, however Thanh Binh 1 City Hotel has very little to do with an actual hotel apart from the name. A guest house or homestay perhaps would have been more accurate. Simple requests for extra towels, toiletpaper or refill of the minibar either got no action from the staff or had to be repeatedly requested.
