"Staff was very friendly and helpful. They graciously accommodated our request for a ground floor room.Our room was fresh smelling and clean. The big walk in shower was perfect, the best we have ever had in any hotel, and we have stayed in many that were much higher priced.The breakfast was wonderful all of the 3 days that we were there. Always had biscuit, gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage, breakfast potatoes, various cereals, milk, coffee, juice, yogurt, bread, bagels muffins, automatic pancake...

"i came in for only a day on valentine’s day and spent most of the night peacefully inside my hotel room. everything was nice and clean and the tv worked fine. only complaint was a wad of gum stuck to the top of the headboard, but truly, that wasn’t that big of a deal. :)"

"All in all, it was good. Jacuzzi jets worked only twice, but they seem to be working on that. Indoor pool was frigid. No bueno! Breakfast was surprisingly good. Our neighbor was noisy the entire time. Ugh. Value was very good. Close to the Highway. Over all, we were happy. We'd stay again."

"Only available parking on property is valet. Valet attendants are amazing and helpful; but the rate is fairly high at $46 per night. There is plenty of open parking lots and structures; you’ll just have to walk a block or less. The property and staff are amazing. The front desk allowed early check-in; the little amenities you get on arrival; complementary drinks and discounts at the on property eating and dining is appreciated. "Hotel was adequate and clean. Very centrally located to the activities we were in Nashville to celebrate our wedding anniversary. There are numerous restaurants within walking distance and a large urban park too. Nice inviting lobby. Plenty of free parking. "

"The room was modern and clean. The hotel itself was clean and modern as well. All hotel staff we interacted with were less than friendly. Check out was at 11, but we had someone knocking on our door at 9:15 saying “housekeeping!” with each series of knocks til we finally woke up from our slumber and went to the door to say, “We are still in here!” Definitely annoying to be woken up earlier than you intended when on a getaway trip. Price wasn’t bad for the room / area though. "
