Placemakr Music Row was a perfect location for us to explore Broadway scene, Music Row and Vanderbilt University area. The room was not ready at check in time. I called before we got there because we had not been sent a check-in code and was left on hold. I actually walked in while still on hold. No one had any idea I was on the phone. The room wasn't ready for about 45 minutes after check in. The room was nice, but it was LOUD. Traffic was loud all night. They did not properly stock the coffee and tea, but when asked they did deliver enough for one day.

We got the Deluxe Studio with Private Entrance which was nice because it’s on the first floor, but when we asked for key to get in from the outside they said keys went missing and they didn’t have it which was alarming so we were nervous during our stay, but luckily everything went great and no intruders. Would’ve been nice to use that feature tho. The place itself is nice and roomy. Everything around did feel safe. Front desk was very helpful. One weird thing is you can occasionally hear water running through the pipes above your head which would wake us up. The floors were also a little dirty and sticky. Everything else felt clean tho. Overall I would stay here again for the price and location.

The suites are large and common areas and pool/workout areas are well appointed. Front desk staff and manager are amazing. Cleaning staff are friendly and helpful. The hall carpets need to be cleaned. Walls in halls could use art work. Rooms need a deep clean and need painting. Sheets were dirty, but problem was rectified. Late check out comes at a charge - should share this up front. With some attention to cleaning this place could be outstanding.
