Beth also changed my room to my liking so thank you Beth so much for being personable and professional. Kathy was a ball of energy and I'm sure she's great to have your front of the house staff. She is very likable human and approachable and has a candor and a natural gift to be professional funny and courteous. My overall stay was great and thank you. My only drawback was I was in my first night connected to another room and they just were loud all night and talked all night so didn't get much sleep the first night but overall great experience"
