"I really loved how friendly all staff were. My Japanese isn't great, but they were friendly during all communications. The building is very convenient. Close by a lot of things. However, there was a lit of mould in the washroom. On the toilet paper holder, around the door. The beds and living area were comfortable."

"The cost to performance of this capsule hotel is insane. Super clean bathrooms, showers, sinks. Spacious common area. Guests are given pajamas which is nice.
