"The night staff was extremely helpful. The very best helped out with a number of issues. Extremely friendly and welcoming. HOWEVER The day staff is needs lessons on customer service. Had an emergency check-in and the room did not have towels. Previous day I had a regular towel bath towel and washcloth. Had to argue with the front desk person even though I had a double room to get an extra towel. Left a bad taste in my mouth. Fortunately the night staff made up for this poor customer...

"I liked how there was someone there 24/7, i love how every day there was cleaners that gave a quick wipe down in the bathroom and sweep of floor. The beds where spacious and comfortable especially as a bigger size female and alot of space in the room to store suitcases and bags under bed with small table and mirror in the room. "We were looking for something close to transit lines and comfortable after a long day of exploring London. This fit the bill nicely - within 10 minutes of two different tube lines that we could easily access most of London, and plenty of walkable places to eat. Being on a busy street, we heard a lot of street noises including sirens, and because we had the windows open due to the heat, they were sometimes disruptive. However, our friends on a lower floor didn't hear the street noises as badly,...

"Fantastic budget option, great location, best continental breakfast I’ve seen in London, have seen places that charge twice as much be way stingier, options for everyone and really fresh fruit. Really nice it’s included in the price too. Cleaned to a high standard with towels provided, the only thing was that maintenance for a broken flush on the apartment toilet took a couple of days so had to use the main facility bathrooms while that was out."
